Terrible service, they sell you a ticket for a luxury truck and then they send you in a luxury truck from the 90's horrible experience you can not sleep or recline the dirty bathrooms. I bought a ticket to the Monterrey headquarters and they lowered us to 3 blocks because the truck cannot enter the central station due to the terrible conditions it is in, they threw our suitcases into the street without caring about anything. Super bad customer service, and they don't follow up on complaints. The worst experience I have ever had traveling.

The bus stopped, I stopped for an hour to load boxes with who knows what, terrible, it is no longer known if one travels or is a mule
