It looks a bit dodgy fun the outside but overall it's clean and adequate. It is by no means a fancy place but for what it is, it is pretty good. Their website is pretty clear and you can book a massage ahead of time. I walked in without a reservation and was seen in pretty quickly. But it was a Monday afternoon and perhaps not their busiest time. I had the sports massage and they adk you for a few preferences; firmness of massage, lighting colour, fragrance, any problem areas for focus and another I didn't understand. The massage room is dimly lit and clean. The masseusit was pretty good and wireless on some knots she found. At the end you have some free drink options that I didn't take. I would go back

I signed up for their facial (60 minute) and massage (60 minutes) package. Supposed to be 2 hours total. I walked out of there 1 1/2 hour later. The massage was no more than 45 minutes and the facial was lousy- 45 minutes and she kept leaving me alone in the room for 10 minutes. She did not make it feel good- with the use of brushes, etc. I usually get massages every other week and facials every couple months but I will not go back here again.

Such lack of professionalism. Went there personally and scheduled a couples massage. Planned my entire day around my appointment and showed up to be told that my appointment didn’t exist. No apologies. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to schedule for another day. Go have your massage somewhere else!!!

I've received over 100 massages from around the world. This place is exceptional. Itzel was very helpful with choosing the right massage therapist and very accommodating. She recommended Valeria after I told her that I was looking for a strong therapist that would actually fix my body and not just rub oil on me. Valeria was amazing. She was strong and had a great flow throughout the massage. I did 1 hour sports massage and 30 mins of reflexology. I will be back!
