The electricity bill is calculated separately and is not included in the price. There are a lot of mosquitoes by the lake, you have to wipe the mosquito liquid to go outside. The car chassis is too low to get in and out easily The room is clean and tidy

It is a nice place to rest and it has a beautiful view of the Chairel lagoon, but there is an excessive regulation that we follow to realize that other tenants did not respect it on several occasions. The pool had mold residue stuck to the wall and the water always looked cloudy. The price agreed through Booking was not respected, it was a higher amount. If the electricity consumption was exceeded at the end of the stay, a separate charge is made, $ 3 per kW, they charged us $ 750 pesos for 250kw, we only used the a / c during the night and the washing machine one day, the stay was 7 days. The a / c airs are very old and not all of them work well.
