I must say that the park is not bad at all, I relaxed a lot :)

Historic place and known meeting point

Public space, it's fine to walk and pass by, but I do not really see the option of staying in it, unless you come with company and stop to talk or relax. But it is seen that it is an area rescued or reconditioned, so it is good on the part of the municipality.
