The worst banking institution since in times of a pandemic it left its clients stranded. They closed the branch and the worst thing was that they left the ATMs without money. I don't know they could make any kind of transfers. They had to move to another city. Appalling

Not satisfied with the fact that the bank is closed, the ATMs go weeks without a peso, forcing one to have to pay a commission to withdraw at another bank or at the oxxo. Really, THIS SITUATION IS RIDICULOUS!
