Horrible customer service! I called 6 times asking the same question to only be forwarded to a recorded message that provided a non existent website. We are barely starting our immigration process and if this is a reflection of what is to come, GOD help us! They can really use a training course in customer service and personnel skills.

The Consulate in Juarez is failing to follow the Department of State directive of "Diplomacy Strong" and process visas. The K1 is high priority per the Dept. of State, yet they are failing to process them. I have been waiting for my fiancee since April. These people could not care less. So disappointed in how this consulate as well as others around the world are treating US Citizens and our family.

horrible experience. very unorganized and extremely unwilling to help. no covid 19 considerations;; they dont take your temperature and they force you to sit near other folks while waiting for your interview. only good thing is we got our expedite request approved for a quick interview.

Instructions are VERY clear. We came to ask before the appointment and there is a window that will answer whatever you need (I mean, within reason). The guards are also very willing to give you general information. Take ONLY what you need. People were sent out to leave things like cell phones back outside. They let them back in of course but that prolonged the line and they had to go to the back of the line and loose their spot. If you must carry a purse, take a clear one like for football games. No gum, no chap stick- you are allowed to have them but it slows things down. And not just you but the people immediately behind you. If you don't need a watch or a belt don't bring it in. Bring a word search or sudoku book there is a lot of waiting and no clocks. Have your appointment letter handy so you can show it multiple times at the beginning, don't put it away after the first time you'll need to show it again. People working there are NOT overly friendly just doing their job as efficiently as possible with so many confused people, many of who don't listen or maybe are too nervous to. The guards are not rude, they are just busy as heck. There are at least three different areas you move through. So bring something to keep your mind busy, most people waiting are not in a talking mood.
