Company without any seriousness. I have changed the delivery date of my furniture 5 times and I still do not receive it. When I called to find out what happens, the very rude and impolite receptionist just says she has no information and calls again another day. I asked him to speak with the sales or store manager to complain about his rude attitude, but coincidentally they were not or could not take the call. Then I received a call from the manager, in which he apologized for the delay and gave me the reason for being upset, what he did not give me was a delivery date. What is the use of giving me reason? I am not upset, I am only frustrated and disappointed because r his lousy service and his lies and I am very sorry to have bought in this company. There is no seriousness, commitment and your customer service is FUNESTA. Terrible experience !!!
