Tamarindo Polanco

Zero customer service. I ordered a chair, my credit card was billed, delivery day came and went with no communication from Tamarindo. I tried emailing customer service at two different addresses and submitted a ticket on their webpage, no response. I went to the store and was told they have nothing to do with online orders, but that the chair wasn’t scheduled to arrive until January (six weeks from now). No one in the store spoke English or was willing to attempt communication via Google translate. They gave me a phone number to call, no apology for the inconvenience or lack of information. I was counting on it showing up so I’d have somewhere to sit in my new unfurnished apartment. Frustrating and disappointing experience. Extra star because they do have some stylish pieces. Willing to add a star if my chair miraculously shows up in the next week, but otherwise planning to cancel my order.
