I purchased a water heater, per line, on May 19. If I had known what kind of business it is, I would not go anywhere near its page. The merchandise was sent to me on June 2, without notice. The heater arrived totally damaged, I was exchanged for another heater that is also damaged, on June 19. Attached photo of the items they sent me. It seems that these gentlemen sell balances at the price of regular merchandise. The unacceptable thing is not to let the customer know that they sell second-rate merchandise at first-rate prices.
