Very bad experience for being a Mexican company and a "new product" in the market I decided not to go with the usual ones (COMEX) but big mistake, apply your product to the letter and I can't stand even a month of rain and bought the 10 years, check to validate my warranty and they already blocked me I have already sent them 2 times my detailed information by mail (to two different emails that they gave me) and I contacted them by their whats and they did not solve anything for me, I have been with this complaint for more than 2 months. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Terrible product and service, my husband and I bought your product with a 10-year warranty, because it was Mexican and highly recommended according to, we did everything to the letter with the manual they gave us, and in less than 2 months we already had leaks and The waterproofing was bubbled and burst, we sent emails that never answered, we called and they told us that they would check the email and they would answer us as soon as they NEVER ANSWERED, we sent WhatsApp and they didn't want to give us a solution either, to date, don't be fooled , do not buy their product, because if they do not fulfill the guarantee it leaves much to be desired. By this means if they ask you what happened and everything, but when you get in touch with them, they block you.
