Autobuses Estrella Blanca

Very bad service. I arrived an hour before to wait for my departure at 11:45 from Pachuca to Tuxpan, and first, they did not announce the departure and second there was a bus that said Tampico, when I saw what time it was, I asked the Estrella Blanca staff, who They told me that the bus had just left and that they could only support me by making a discount of 50% to Poza Rica, which left after 1 when it was scheduled at 00:30. They diverted me and delayed my itinerary. Too bad, but thanks! I will not travel with you again.

The terminal is very neglected, I had to travel because it was essential, I noticed that the people who work here do not always take sanitation measures, they greet each other and kiss goodbye, they do not use antibacterial gel when they check tickets, among other things. To board, you are not asked to wear a mouthpiece, it is only a suggestion
