About a month ago we were visiting Real del Monte when my son 7 years old had an emergency we got kick out because we tried to use their restroom, we look at the main entrance and we couldn't find no one to ask, and we saw the restrooms at the entrance wehen we were about to use a guy (custodian) shout us! I tried tp explain the situation but he was only rude at us... This is a shame we just came back from visit Cambridge and Oxford university at UK and no one was rude at us like that guy on Real del Monte University! What a shame!
