I share my bad experience with this restaurant so that it is known about the bad service and the abuse that they give at home by overcharging the food. I contacted them through google search and by phone call 2 times. The first time I ordered a meal from the daily menu at home just to try the seasoning, which I found good and acceptable although it arrived incomplete, poorly packaged and watered, the flavored water with chemical sweeteners, at a cost of $ 65.00. The second time I ordered 2 meals of the day without the stews at home, so they told me that it would be $ 40.00 each, and 2 à la carte dishes, the first a vegetarian omelet with mushrooms and spinach at a cost of $ 50.00 and the second A tlalpeño broth without chicken and without gouda cheese since we have a vegan diet, with a cost of $ 50.00, in total it would be $ 180.00. The food was received at home, by my mother paying them in cash the agreed amount of $ 180.00 and in the confidence that it was complete, which was not the case, since there was an error and they sent me an omelet (egg) of mushrooms with spinach and refried beans, a tlalpeño broth with vegetables and rice without chicken and without cheese, just as I had requested, and also only 2 orders of potato day soups and 2 orders of mill tortillas, charging $ 180.00, I was abused Trusted and very high cost for what was received. When I called them on the phone and complained, the owner named Eugenio simply told me that my claim did not proceed and that they would no longer give me service.
