Disappointed, I go to Tierra Blanca every week and stay at that hotel, I had good experiences and expectations until today ... I got to the room and immediately fell asleep, after an hour or so I woke up and it was full of ants , My suitcases the same, I requested that they change my room even if it was more expensive I would pay the difference, to which they told me that they had no more rooms than what they could do was change the sheets, obviously I no longer accepted and asked for my refund money, they told me that there was no other option since I had already occupied the room, I told the lady. From the reception that did not request the return of my money for an issue of mine, it was due to a bad service on their part and that as a client it was my right to demand that my money be returned ... After a period of time of talking, they finally gave me my money back until I commented "they are not going to give me my money back, okay, but do you prefer that to lose a good reputation?" : / I took video and photos of the animals and I left ...
