Hotel Chachalacas

One of the worst places ever. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 2020 no power, no running water. The staff and hotel completely unprepared for an emergency. The lack of management noticeable and sad. The place has everything to offer but not like this

This place is good to bring kids. They have small pools next to each of the villas, which is good for privacy and for small kids. The hotel is dated, and the rooms would benefit from refurbishment. However, the good location, several pools and a small water park, as well as very close to the beach might outweight the poor décor. The food in the restaurant is OK. The service (especially Giovanni) is very good. He made our stay very pleasant.

I went to the beach and it was quiet. They rent you the tables over the beach and you can eat and drink.

There wasn't a good weather so we had to leave, but everyone was nice.
