I had veneers done in August 2020. I had to pay the full amount prior to them doing them. I was in so much pain when they did the top veneers because I had resins before and the temporary teeth that they placed were glued so well that they spent hours trying to remove them. They didn’t use anesthesia at the beginning so I it was horrible when they tried to pull the temporary teeth out and ended up having to break them in pieces. Then they ran out of time to place the veneers and were rushing to finish before they closed the border. They didn’t even polish them. The following appointment I explained that I didn’t want the bottom teeth done because it was so painful and the dentist wife basically said that I had to get them done or else with the discount that they gave me I would end up paying the same. So I was so disappointed by the way she spoke to me and gave me no options that I told her that that was okay, that if they couldn’t return any of my money (8,000 dollars) that they could keep it. I remained calm and respectful but she got frustrated. Next day, I explained what had happened to her daughter, who also works there, and they apologized and said they would do two additional veneers at no extra cost and that they would make sure the process goes smooth, which it did. My teeth look good but I have so much sensitivity and can’t eat hard things. If I could go back in time I wouldn’t have done them. They finally finished but the following day my molar broke (it didn’t have a veneer, but it was next to one) so I had to go back. I thought it would just be a restoration but they said I needed a root canal because I had a cavity that was too close to the nerve. I even asked how was that possible if I have cleanings done every four months and no one had ever seen a cavity there. Dr Laiza said that maybe it was hard to see it. They had a young endodontist from Mexicali perform my root canal and he kept talking about how hungry he was when he was doing the root canal. Then even though dentist Iñiguez had advised him to prepare the root canal for tooth restoration he prepared it for a crown and when Iñiguez noticed he had to remove that “T” they have to place to add a crown. They charged me $650 dollars and didn’t even put a crown (just restoration). The following week the tooth was hurting so much I went to Yuma Endodontics and when they took an X-ray they said that the problem was that the root canal was done wrong because instead of going straight down they went to the side and looked like they had fractured my tooth so I could loose my tooth if it continued to weaken (I payed $350) Not only that, when I showed them the X-ray that was taken in Mexico after the root canal was completed the doctor said that I didn’t have a cavity and that I NEVER needed a root canal in the first place. And then he showed me how they never filled the “cavity” because there was never one. And only when you think things can’t get worse, I asked dentist Laiza, their daughter, for a receipt so I can send the claim to my dental insurance and instead of saying $650 it only said $600. When I told her of the error, she said that she couldn’t do anything because it was already in their system and that she would give me a discount for future dental work. Can you believe it? So they: 1. Did a root canal that I DIDNT need 2. Did it wrong that I almost lost my tooth 3. Charged $650 for a root canal with tooth restoration. 4. Gave me a receipt for less than what I had payed. I have receipts and messages that confirm everything I’m saying. I am willing to show them upon request. All I want is for people to be aware of what happened to me so that they look for a place where they can be treated fairly and they don’t make you have work you don’t need. I’m sorry for doctor Iñiguez, he looks like a nice guy. But they are certain things that are simply unacceptable.

I had a great experience with the whole staff! They were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a total of 3 appointments with them in 3 weeks. My appointment were always on time and they worked with my schedule when they had to. My teeth look great!!

My first thought is just tell you they are a family and you feel like you’re enveloped by their family very welcome. But the most compelling thing I think is how many compliments I get on how beautiful my smile is, “it’s all teeth! Gorgeous”. are the comments I get. They are very thorough with the attention to detail and their explanations

This dental office is very well equipped and very professional . Dr.Javier Ramirez did the work on my teeth and I have had numerous compliments from people I don't even know. I feel 10 years younger. The whole staff is so friendly - they made me feel like family. I highly recommend this dental office for any dental work you need to have done. And, I will continue to go back there every year for my checkups.
