There was always good treatment and attention to the needs of the staff who put you in a routine and explain well but honestly I did not like the place and the appliances are old, the facilities are quite dark and small.

The service is very friendly, the schedules are accessible and the personal attention. Whether you're new or experienced, you'll find something for you. Finally the devices are part of the development in this sport but do not define your results, the big ones trained with less and achieved much more, it is about discipline and perseverance. The results come in addition.
