Not recomendable hotel at all. The staff is nice and the food is alright but many things dont work well: Our room was not ready in time, although they knew our checkin time well in advance. The toilett in the room didnt flush properly. There was no warm water in the shower at all! No one is at the reception between 12am and 8am who can provide help. The room did not even have a proper night table. The whole hotel was not very clean and lights were not working. The bathrooms (men and women!) didnt have paper in the morning at all! The staff also lied to us by saying that there was no problem with the rooms and the flush only to admit the next day that they had to send plummers to repair the whole system. Finally the matresse didnt fit the frame. I am sorry to give such a hard review but its better to support a hotel that does a better job in that area.

Very good place to rest, comfortable, warm rooms, offers a lot of security to guests so your rest is great, apart from the attention of all the Staff is very good and they give you that confidence, it has a restaurant and delicious food.

I am a Hotel Manager. And the truth is quite expensive for what it really is; the service is good, however when we checked out there was no one at reception, NO ONE, I waited for about 20 minutes and no one came (the main door was locked, I guess their security protocols) I had to go out through the emergency door. And yet no one even got to see why that door was open. The rooms are nice, but they are quite run down, the toilet door did not open fully, the shower did not have one of the two doors, the tile in the sink was raised, the TV did not work, the telephone was disconnected. $ 1,200 per single room per night. It is not really worth what it costs, if it is the only option, there is no other option, but they could improve a lot.

Very good service, what I did not like is that guests are not instructed to use the mask in common areas such as the elevator and the lack of supplies to prepare food in their dining room. For the most part it complies, only small details of maintenance, but very clean.
