Very good service. The lady who attends the ticket row is very kind. The driver with whom I travel is also very good and friendly, good handling and fast to my destination. Without a doubt better service and excellent costs.

The place where the tickets are sold is extremely small. No more than 10 or 12 people can fit inside at the same time. This results in people waiting outside for the shuttle bus to arrive. Add this to the fact that the schedules do not always coincide between what is marked as departure time and the true departure time and it sounds like a recipe for failure. Still, the place is clean and the service is decent. If they improve the appearance of the space, it may well be an option to take on trips between Tlaxcala and Mexico City.
