Hacienda Soltepec

Service at the bar could improve a bit. No one greated us at the door. We asked for a table and there was nothing available so we sat at the bar, we asked for an extra chair an they said they didn't had any more..

very nice hacienda/hotel food is ok but my friend found 2 hairs in his food maybe they should look to see who has hairs falling from their head !!

I travel a lot for my work and visit a lot of hotels. This hotel is a pleasant surprise. Not the average hotel from some worldwide chain. Very friendly staff and a good mix of local and international food. For sure i will return here.

Highly recommend visiting on a weekend it's museum its open and they offer a very traditional alcoholic drinks called pulque and also offer tradition foods such agave worms and grasshoppers is deffenetly an experience
