Do not take your motorcycle here. Pay extra to have your bike taken to BMW Motors Lerma. These cabrones had my motorcycle for over a month for a job that was 2-3 days labor (max). Right now - 36 hours later - my motorcycle is back in the shop with BMW Motors Lerma where they are fixing what the cabrones at BMW VECSA Puebla broke . They gave a faulty motorcycle back to me (specifically, one of the pistons was not firing, and they are checking for other faults). BMW VECSA Puebla broke my motorcycle (after I paid them to fix it). They also gave the motorcycle back to me with less than 30 psi in the rear tire (way too low). They are incompetent mechanics and effectively thieves. Do not take your motorcycle here .go anywhere else instead. BMW Motors Lerma is the next closest, I think (and they are competent professionals).

Take your motorcycle anywhere else but here. Ridiculously expensive and very time-consuming. I brought my BMW here to have them remove the rear shock that I broke so I could send it back to the United States to be rebuilt... I was told the next morning I'd have the shock ready to ship, however after 3 days my bike was still sitting in the corner untouched. Road down the street to Hyperbikes and an hour later I had my suspension in a box at the UPS store for a quarter of the price.

Check your vehicles well when you receive them after having left them with this agency, whenever I take one of my cars something scratched, broken or not working is finished. They are super crafty and very little honest. If it weren't for the fact that I love the brand, I wouldn't set foot in either of their two agencies again. A brand of such prestige as BMW should not be represented by such incompetent people.
