Excellent service!!

Not very good anymore. After three generations the service is regular. I was hospitalized and the equipment looked dirty and even stained with blood. The attention of the doctors in the consultation area is not pleasant, appointments are delayed and postponed and one arrives on time. Although they must be aware that the consultation is paid, it is not free and not cheap. That is why they must be sooo nice when it comes to attending and more if they are more than an hour or more late in seeing a patient in their appointment. Very qualified for their profession but they need to be warm.

For the maternity area, excellent treatment, comfortable and very hygienic facilities, in my particular case the nurses and the very attentive doctors have no complaints. In fact the costs are somewhat high but compared to other private hospitals it is one of the most accessible.

I spoke to donate blood to a relative, they told me to go, it was 8 am, I went and they had me on the street, in the sun, for more than 2 hours waiting, at the highest point of covid outbreaks, in a quite row long of people, to leave at 10:30 to tell me that it was not going to happen because it was until 11 am. I called directly to the person in charge of the blood bank and he foolishly told me no way. I complained, they were to follow up, but there is no news. Expensive and bad hospital, disorganized, without logistics, without conscience and very bad treatment of all staff.

Very expensive for what it really is, in addition, with the pandemic they have proven not very good at saving Covid patients, there are even nurses who reuse latex gloves
