I loved this place is really quaint the people were so nice and polite excellent service I love the fact that it was not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle and to hear all the birds singing was something special in fact we loved staying here so much that we had to stay another night and now we plan on returning every year for our anniversary

Quite small facilities, everything can be heard, there is no privacy and the place does not stop smelling bad, the terrible service in addition to the fact that the owner Arturo Hernández Tovar was quite harassing, and very uncomfortable. The staff will take care of you reluctantly and until you want, and because with so few rooms they exaggerate the waiting time. the area is too unsafe and dark, I do not recommend it one bit.

I went on a trip to visit Puebla, I made a reservation through the call center, but when I arrived it took me a long time to open since no one knew of my arrival, also the door is shared with other homes so the door opens without prior notice , The rooms are very small and you can hear even the slightest noise from the neighboring rooms, not to mention that the owner has a very bad attitude at no time did he ask us if we had any problems
