I spent 1 hour in customer service and in the end I was unable to complete my service due to a technical problem in the account. It was frustrating. The next day I spent 20 mins waiting to see if the problem had been corrected. I was able to do it, but it shouldn't have taken two and an hour and a half visits of my life in something simple.

You only have a customer service window I find the number sc40 seeing that there is until number 55 it still does not touch me and I have been here for more than an hour that is not a good customer service
