In Customer Service the wait is 1 hour minimum. Take a lot of patience so you don't despair.

Pity service since you arrive and ask if you are a customer and what are you going to do. If we are treated badly to those of us who are clients, I do not want to think of those who are not. We hope you don't talk better.
