They are informal. I trusted that they deliver on what they offer and caused me enormous difficulties. I called and after fifteen minutes of waiting they tell me that the results would be in 20 minutes ... Six hours passed 😡😡😡 They agreed to mail the results and never even answered a single call. Much less did they send me the mail or the greeting 😡 I requested this laboratory service because I cannot leave. What a lack of seriousness.
