Very bad service. They do not comply with the agreed schedules in a grave. They make decisions with the vigil chapel without requesting the client's authorization. They make mistakes, first they accept them and then they excuse themselves and do not accept them. They do not communicate with a customer service department to give you a solution. They take advantage of the moment one is living to make improper charges. The receptionists with very bad attitude. The staff that calls you to give you a solution wants to reach agreements only by word, PESIMO SERVICIO. THE CUSTOMER WILL ALWAYS BE THE LAST TO ATTEND AND BE RIGHT
