I saw a photo of their work on Facebook, which was precisely what I wanted in my hair, but despite showing the photo, the employees did what they wanted, it was something totally different from what I asked them, from the kind of work up to the tone, plus leave me the yellow discoloration marks that didn't cover well with tint. I wanted a balayage and they made me some rays or wicks so disastrous for my taste and for what I was looking for. Mr. Abraham and his very kind wife wanting to remedy the damage with me, but that does not leave my hair as I wanted.
