BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE !!! Susana is the person who handles claims and is the worst. She really is a bad person and a worse worker, she and her manager do not solve anything for you, disorganized, they do not answer calls or messages, they do not do their job and time and form and you have to be behind them what children. INFORMAL TO MORE NO POWER. I'm not taking my car to that agency again. IT'S AWFUL !!!
