Excellent service, they take good care of me and I see a lot of progress in a short time. The trained and updated orthodontist recommends it. Very accessible and well specified costs

In my experience it went very well for me, they were very clear with the costs from the beginning, giving me the procedures and everything related to the treatment in writing, unfortunately if you have to read but it is clear in everything. They also have ample ways so that we can pay for the service at our option, if there are sometimes people and if we have to wait a little, but outside of that very well, this at the plaza palmas branch.

Terrible service, they see everything as business the first time you go they serve you very well (hook) They make you pay the start which is very understandable (brackets up and down) they tell you that it includes Cleaning etc etc and at the mere hour because they are always against time as soon as they can get you out of there it is better. I was told that cleaning would not be done because I did not have tartar and a friend who I recommended by mistake told her that she had excess tartar that they had to charge her. The point is what they tell you they don't meet. and when I applied the ones below they charged me a cleaning because it was necessary to polish .. Total that the cleaning did not really include it it took me two months to get to the bottom brackets. After applying the ones above, they assigned me an appointment in a month and they were very specific that it was for the application of those below. after I went they only told me "ok we will make an appointment for the other week to apply the braces below" basically made me go to waste time. Going out at the reception, I told them and they offered me an apology because the Doctor forgot to put a note that it was already the one below. After that they assign a date again the agreed appointment time arrived, an hour passed and they still did not attend me (it was not the only one, there were many more people waiting) After the hour has passed they tell me we can reschedule the appointment because they are making some placements and they will take time. I only came back because I had already paid for the start. They don't measure you when they are going to apply each bracket. And they only see you as $$$ since what they do is get you to pay the start (and if it is possible on the first date they want you to pay all the treatment for a thousand and so many) after that they do not care how they serve you and if they meet the established appointment time. It is the worst experience I have ever had in a dental or orthodontic office. Now that I'm going to a new dentist, he had to practically start treatment by removing most of my braces because most of them were badly worn (crooked). They publish many promotions and offers and it is a pity that as well as they have many people, they leave because of the lousy service they have (I was not the only one, talking about this experience more stories came out of this same place.
