It is a CHARLATAN in all the expression of the word. Look for a true Doctor and not someone pretending to be one. DON'T FALL, don't give your money away. He claims to have studied at the Autonomous University of Monterrey (Lic and Specialty), when there is NO such thing, nor his specialty in specialized orthopedics. Seriously, if I could, I wouldn't even rate it ...
