Model Art Spa Villahermosa

The space is dirty, towels and table clothes were not changed, and the machines and tools that touch people’s faces are cleaned with Clorox wipes! The facialist coughed on me throughout the whole session, she did not know what retinol was and did not explain any of the steps or products used. She used dish sponges to clean my face and used the same water throughout the whole session. She also went way too hard on the extraction with her nails and marked my entire face. The spa claimed the products used are “natural” and have no chemical components. All the products used had actually no labels on them and smelled very much chemical. There was loud music in the spa and the other facialists kept walking in and out of the room where I was getting my facial. I was asked in the middle of the session to go upstairs to get the pulsion light treatment and then come back down to finish the session. I would not recommend this place at all!!!
