I've done a few dives in September and returned in November with my son. Roberta and her crew delivers 5+ star service every time. Over the years, I've done many dives at Cozumel with other dive shops but these guys are simply the best. Their communication skills are above and beyond. To me it was extremely important since we were catching a ferry from Playa Del Carmen. One of the things every diver hates is prep time and usually a lot of waiting but with these guys it's not the case. They are so well organized and simply one well oiled machine. I'm already looking froward to the next dive with these guys.

Village Tan Kah and Roberta's Scuba Shack is a Great Place to stay and to dive and snorkel with. They have the smaller fast boats, Great Captains and the Best Divemasters you can find. 5 plus STARS.

Great dive shop for diving Cozumel! Attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Great boat Captains, Divemasters and instructor's. Roberta's Scuba Shack is topnotch in every way!

Best dive shop on the island! Especially if you're from the Upper Midwest, always a good group from that part of the US diving with Roberta's! The dive Masters, boat captains, and instructors know what they're doing and are very professional! They know the best spots on the reefs! Shop itself and boats are very well upkept and organized. They have lockable bins to store your gear at the shop along with rinse stations and drying lines for after the dives. Roberta's operate smaller boats which allows them to get out the reefs faster than other companies but also means you're in smaller groups which is nice.

My family and I were in Cozumel for a family vacation. Some of us decided to go for a discovery scuba dive. We had actually gone with a competitor dive shop earlier in the week, mainly because we didn’t know of Roberta’s. A member of our group wanted to go for a dive who wasn’t able to go with us before. He found Roberta‘s dive shop across the road from our hotel, grand park royal. The five of us booked a dive with the Divemaster Pedro. During check in, I noticed that the shop was more of a serious dive shop than a tourist attraction. They appeared to be very knowledgeable and capable. After getting our equipment, we noticed immediately that the equipment seemed more substantial and heavy duty compared to the other dive shop. They also have lockers to secure our belongings. We met Pedro to give us some basic instruction. We found that Pedro was indeed a dive master. He took us out into the shallows in front of the dive shop and dove down to around 20 feet. It was an amazing experience. I think the sites that Pedro showed us and the experience that he gave us caused me and my wife to get hooked on diving. We then decided to book another dive the next day, a two tank dive again with Pedro. We went deeper, felt very safe and at ease. Thanks to Pedro, Roberta’s, and the wonderful waters of Cozumel, we plan on coming back and getting our PADI certification in the future. We highly recommend this dive shop.
