Dolphin Discovery Dreams Puerto Aventuras

The workers are all very nice. The experience is extremely commercialized. They don't allow you to take your own pictures and charge a royal ransom to buy theirs. Overall I would suggest a more natural experience if you can find one. Also, the water we swam in was filthy and smelled really bad.

This was absolutely the most awesome, amazing experience! The staff was very professional, I could tell they love and care for the dolphins with extreme care . We did the royal package , the price was fair and the photos came out beautiful. The memories of this excursion with stay with me and my children for a lifetime.

The dolphin trainers were amazing! I had a wonderful experience with them. However when it came to purchasing pictures the staff were extremely rude!! $45 for one picture and if it’s 2 people in the picture it’s $100. The staff did not even try to bargain with you. It was either “purchase or no” and then they were like “ok bye” I would never visit here again !

Was very disappointed.. Your not really swimming with dolfi s. Your just doing a photo shoot for them to sell you more pictures at huge prices.. We paid 370 canadian.. at royal level and the only highlight was catamaran ride and being lifted by dolfins everything else was set up as a money grab.. And truly not happy with their compound.. It's very sad.. Had a much better experience I. Cuba years ago..

I thought the price was fair and the experience was beyond fantastic. The 2 problems I had was 1, there were no sea lions even though they said and showed the book where is says you’ll see them. Second, a younger boy (who was a stranger to me) did the experience on his own and I was by myself so for certain pictures we were paired together. They wouldn’t let me save my pictures with him in it because his parents didn’t pay for the pictures. Had I known that when they were taking certain pictures I would have had them take them of just me so that I could enjoy all of the pictures I paid for.
