Kaokao Chocolate Factory

We did the tour. It was just myself and my boyfriend with Stephanie. She was so amazing, funny and went into great detail. It was such a cool experience to actually make our own chocolate from the bean. As we were making our chocolate to take home, Stephanie was making us a traditional Mayan hot chocolate. It was unusual, but delicious 😋 We then got a taste of every chocolate. Honestly, it's a little further in the island and we weren't sure of the location when we pulled up, but I fell in love. It was a great time.

What a wonderful experience! Stephanie was engaging and full of excitement and eager to teach all about chocolate! Expect smaller sizes due to COVID but they truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! If you are in the area and looking for somewhere with local flare look no further!

Its small pretty place, the tour is very informative and well the chocolate is delicious, you need to judge for your self. I do recommend it.
