The timeshare is gone,they say it is a hotel. My friend you don't run a hotel with no room cleaning for 7 days,take out your own trash,pock up your own towels. Let's not discuss no bar,no restaurant after 3!!! Please don't go there if you are expecting hotel services, you get it,because they don't get. 💔🤢🦐😥

I love this place. I haven't been here for 22 years, but it is even better than I remember. Walking distance from downtown (takes about 20 minutes). Good restaurant, especially for breakfast. Closes at 3pm with COVID. Room was immaculate, coffee maker, fridge. Very friendly staff, I felt very safe.

If I could give this hotel no stars, I absolutely would. There is smoking all over the hotel which exasperated my asthma and had to go to the hospital on the island. After multiple requests for a refund the hotel denied and refused to accept the calls from Priceline to give permission to refund us. On top of this there are no services, no bar, and no maid services. Have never experienced such horrible conditions and services for a hotel that costs $150 a night! Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

It's the people working at the hotel that make this a property to consider. The General Manager, Juan Carlos, can be seen daily mixing with the guests and his team through out the property to ensure customer needs are being met or anticipated. He sets the tone and this theme runs through the property from reception and the front desk, to the restaurant or bar, and house keeping. If you want R&R, or are interested in water sports (snorkeling & scuba) you wont be disappointed. Shout out to Frank and Pepe's Scuba, located on site. Some of the best dive masters in the business, interested in your well being and an enjoyable experience, be it your first or 100th dive. We will be a returning guest, Steve

The best scuba shop. Just walk 100 feet and get in the dive boat at 830 in the morning. Go on two dives on the reef. And be back to your hotel room by 1 o'clock in time for lunch. Pepes dive shop been there for more than the 15 years I have been going there. The most experienced dive instructors and dive masters you will ever find. I bought the 30 coupons like a time share you can use any time excluding the 3 major holidays at really a great discounted price. It's priced right and the hotel is well managed. Off season has a limited restaurant service.
