Hotel B Cozumel

our stay was absolutely lovely! great service - jorge was the best - he anticipated our every need lounging at the infinity pool all day. everyone was so friendly and accommodating, food was good, beautiful landscape on the sea (no beach but it was not missed, you can still swim in the water down a ladder). NOTE: the hotel has a renovated side that is well worth the upgrade. the non-renovated side leaves a lot to be desired. + ocean view is the way to go!

🤗😆😃Fantastic place to stay😁😎😊 We we're lucky to find a deal with this hotel - $4,229 pesos (~$182 US) per night down to $1,600 pesos (~$91 US) per night. The restaurant/dining area is beautiful, and we recommend the arroz vietnamito (Vietnamese rice)! The amenities are great: a spa pool, infinity pool, family pool, jungle-side and sea-side view, and access to the Sea for 🎣 and 🤿. Hell, they even have sea-side hammocks for proper sunbathing!

During a business meeting we were treated absolutely poorly by 2 members of the Staff from the Restaurant and Front Desk. Even though we were initially at property earlier in the morning. Later in the day my friend and a future business partner which were guests of the hotel invited me and family to have drinks and dinner and we didn’t even had the opportunity to do so as we were asked to live without cause. Absolutely disrespectful and hideous customer service. We will make sure this message goes along with other platforms so people can be aware of what their experience could be if they are planning to go to Hotel B Cozumel.

Amazing spot! Do yourself a favour and pay a little more to stay at the B Unique side of the hotel. Amazing food, friendly staff, and absolutely stunning views.

My partner and I just spent two wonderful days at Hotel B Cozumel - we didn’t want to leave! We were extremely well looked after from the moment we arrived. Gabriela at check in gave us a very warm welcome, and organised a packed lunch for us since we couldn’t make breakfast the next day. They accommodated our vegan diet by making us a vegan sandwich instead of the meat one. The next day at breakfast (which was included in our room rate) they made us both a special order of vegan chilaquiles for no extra cost - the chef, Hector, and the F&B manager, Alain, attended to us personally to see what we wanted for breakfast. 10/10 service and delicious food! The rooms and facilities are all excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and have balconies with an amazing sea view. The swimming pools (one of them an infinity pool) and common areas are great areas to chill. The perfect spot to sit and read your book or sunbathe, or whatever you want to do. You can swim in the pool, or in the sea which is right in front of the hotel. They even have bikes that you can borrow for free!! Marisol gave us a late check out so we could enjoy our stay a bit longer. We felt very safe here, even in the Covid environment. There are hand sanitiser dispensers everywhere, and all staff are wearing face masks, and wait staff masks as well as face shields. Thanks for a wonderful stay - we had a great time!
