Terrible Customer Service While you go to buy everything is smiles but if you have a problem with your frame, the environment becomes hostile. I had had good experience in the years I had been buying my glasses with them, until I had a problem with the last frame I acquired 11 months ago. At no time did I ask for my money to be reimbursed or any guarantee made, I simply asked them to support me in finding a solution to the manufacturing problem that I present my frame since a part of the frame was unfolded, which is in perfect condition, without scratches or bumps. That's why I insisted that it was a manufacturing problem and if they could contact their supplier to see if they could solve the problem. They asked me for my cell phone number to contact me once they received a response from their provider, but the call never arrived. Mark a week and they told me they were still trying to contact the provider and give them other days. Another week left and I had to communicate again and I was told that the supplier does not sell parts and they do not offer solutions to broken frames but they could ask me for another frame of the same model and they would give me a 10% discount. Two weeks to tell me something easy they could have told me the next day, but clearly you could tell they were making time. I believe that the owner or business owner should pay more attention to these details with their employees because at the end of the day they are the ones who give the face at the moment of attending and it would simply be more pleasant than the customer service in case of problems with the product, out of more education and not take a defensive role. I stress that he never went to ask for a guarantee or refund. Simply as a client I asked for help from whoever bought the product. It is very difficult to make new clients but it is very easy to lose them.

Very good service, I have been buying my glasses for several years and in addition to the beautiful models, the doctor is very professional.
