My husband and I visited 3 years ago for our anniversary. He wanted to buy me a diamond bracelet as a souvenir. We purchased one for 600.00. During that year a diamond fell out so I brought it to our jeweler. He told us that none of the diamonds were real. So disappointed in the staff as we were totally duped. Buyer beware.

We have bought several beautiful diamond pieces at Milano in Cozumel. They stand the Highlander product and take care of them with service if needed and have a very helpful staff and management. I highly recommend that you try Milanos on the next purchase.

I visited while in Cozumel last week and Gabriel our salesman was patient and attentive to my indecisiveness. This place is where the main manager for all island stores works out of. Jorge! He can help find something for your likes and budget. He is the best. Have bought lots of alexandrite and always great service with excellent quality. Come here every time we visit the island.
