Eliezer was great, honest and was a huge help. I was on a working vacation and my laptop wouldn’t turn on. I called him and he had the tool to open my battery compartment to reset my battery. Worked like a charm and I was back in action!

We had left our SD card reader at home and arrived in Cozumel, and it was imperative that we transfer files off our SD card to our computer to work and meet a deadline. I called, emailed and FB messaged many computer and photo stores in Cozumel. We could not find an SD card reader anywhere and there were many language barriers. I called IT Hardware direct and Eliezer answered (it was 2 hours before the store was supposed to open). We communicated our needs for an SD card reader. He had 2 in stock. He could only do intown delivery, and we were on the other side of the island. I tried to coordinate a ride to IT hardware and was having difficulties. I reached back out to Eliezer, and he arranged for a delivery company to pick up the SD reader and deliver it to our resort directly for minimal expense. Then through what's app the delivery people coordinated directly to getting the card reader in our hands. Thank you IT Hardware and especially Eliezer, my new friend. You are the best!
