Don’t believe the hype, check how many reviews many of these reviewers have. Yes, the staff is pleasant and accommodating, but I wouldn’t say to an exceptional level. There rooftop restaurant is great, and I reviewed it separately. Overall, they sold a bill of goods that could not be delivered on. The hotel in general is still under renovation as of Dec ‘20, so only one floor is being occupied and there is some noise from the renovation during the day. This is not reflected on Hotels.com. More concerning, half of the hotel is located over a scuba shop, that starts throwing tanks around at 5:00am, cause so much noise it is impossible to sleep once they get started. The scuba shop remains noisy until 8-9am. So there goes 4 hours of sleep. Also, across the street is an open air bar that never seemed very busy, but started blasting music at around 9pm, but really turning it up from 11pm until 1am. Good luck sleeping while the bass is thumping. So that leaves really only 4 hours that you can actually get sleep on your vacation. Also, the internet isn’t great, so don’t rely on it if you happen to need to work. Pros, there is amazing snorkeling right across the street. And there is a great rooftop restaurant. So if you don’t sleep while on vacation, this might be a good bet.

Renovation was complete when we stayed. Very convenient location, and VERY helpful staff - they arranged a rental car for us and also scheduled our COVID test for our return to the states. The roof top restaurant has gorgeous views and excellent food. Scuba Mau's is right next door, and has to be the best scuba guide in town. Our room was extremely clean and well put together with a huge walk in shower (and it has A/C). Every room has ocean views - we will stay here again, for sure!

Wonderfully clean, bright, happy atmosphere - the staff is super helpful, the rooms are spacious, and the food upstairs at Sereno rooftop restaurant is DELICIOUS (I still dream of the black garlic shrimp). Speaking of Sereno - AMAZING views of sunsets (all the of rooms face the water, so you're guaranteed a view regardless). A 4-6 minute taxi drive into 'downtown', some restaurants within short walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again!

I love this place! This is a very special project because the people behind it, are full of love and spark. Our stay here was amazing, I truly felt like a rockstar. :) Thank you so so much for everything. Don't forget to try the french toast at Sereno Roof Bar. It's the best I've ever had! (In fact, try a little of everything! Everything on the menu is totally delicious!)

Everything was great! The staff was very helpful and the restaurant on the roof was awesome. Everything was clean and well kept. Would definitely come back.
