EMERALD MASSAGE

My wife and I decided to get a massage while Strolling through the shops of Cozumel. We spotted Esmeralda’s place down the street a bit and when we approached her, she was actually closed because sit was Sunday, so we asked her if she would accommodate us and after a few minutes of discussion she agreed to call another massage therapist to come in and they massaged my wife and I with the best technique I’ve ever experienced. They were both awesome. We get massages frequently at home or when traveling, but this seemed to be a very different approach. My wife was a bit hesitant at first as the building was a bit old, but once inside, the place was so clean and Esmeralda has a down to earth approach and caused us to feel at home. I visited here on November 29th, 2020. It was the evening before my return flight home. I called to get an appointment, but they weren't open whenever I called, and since it was my last night in Cozumel, I couldn't schedule an appointment the next day. I was a bit sad because the reviews are very good for this place. As I began attempting to find somewhere that was open, Esmeralda text me back to let me know that she would meet me. She met me at exactly the time she said she would. She was very warm and welcoming. The establishment looked nice and clean inside. It's located right next to a Hospital. I can be an anxious person at times, and carry a lot of tension in my shoulders, hence the need for a massage 🤷🏼‍♂️. Esmeralda made me feel relaxed quickly though. I told her where my problem areas were. The massage was Excellent. She worked the knots out of my back and shoulders perfectly. Also I didn't even realize how much my legs could use a massage, but she did a great job on them as well; perfect amount of pressure throughout. She even massaged my feet. I really like the lotion she used. I hate feeling oily or greasy after a massage, but the lotion she used was very nice. I honesty felt like Esmeralda genuinely cared about helping her clients. It was raining slightly whenever I was leaving and she gave me a lightweight poncho to keep me from getting wet while I waited to catch a Taxi. She is so caring. If you're in Cozumel and in need of a massage, defiantly give Emerald Massage a call. Esmeralda, if you read this, Thank You again for a wonderful experience. Joe

Absolutely worth every minute. I have a 90 minute relaxing massage and fell asleep. I know that for me I only fall asleep when it is truly a wonderful experience but they were in the accident experience massage with Esmeralda. She was professional, prompt, but a few extra minutes, and I highly recommend this spa and location.

My husband and I came for relaxation massages. They are so good and professional. We will definitely come back.
