Lomas Travel Cozumel

Just returned from 9 days on Cozumel. Lomas Travel handled our airport transfers and anything we needed while staying at the Occidental and they we very helpful, especially Jimi! Service was flawless and very personal. I highly recommend these guys!

Save your money! The worst experience I have ever had in 15 years of avid traveling. We paid $40 pp for a group of 10 to transport airport to hotel. We were made to wait almost 45 min before finally boarding a van. We could have easily booked a group travel for half the price. At the airport we were told several times we could upgrade or else our 25 min drive would take 1 hr 10 min bc of other stops and traffic. No details could explain what an awful beginning and end to our travels.

On Sunday April 2nd we were overwhelmed when one of our group had a medical emergency and ended up at CostaMed hospital and had emergency brain surgery the day before we were supposed to leave Cozumel. When we arrived at 8:00 the next morning to check on him there was the rep from Lomas Travel waiting to see what they could do to help us out. The Lomas Rep stayed with us until we needed to leave for the airport to catch our flight home. Lomas made sure we made it to the airport on time, arranged to get the rest of our group to the airport and also waited at the airport until the family member flying in from the US arrived. The care and help we got during this very stressful time was greatly appreciated and I want to say Thank You to all who helped us out. Our friend is back in the States and slowly recovering. I would recommend Lomas travel to anyone based on our experience.
