Safe and easy flights... Great discount for locals too.

Awful experience. We were waiting at Cozumel’s airport and a lady came up to us to tell us our flight to Cancun’s airport was cancelled for no reason. Very informal and zero explanation or option. We had to rush over the ferry boat to try to get to Cancun. Better to schedule the 2 additional hours to get fro Cozumel to Cancun’s airport.

I was really worried when I read all of the negative reviews regarding MayAir but I must say I found the service to be excellent. It was promptly on time both directions. No issues and all the employees were very friendly.

Súper good experience

Interesting experience. Convenient to get between Cozumel and Cancun. Customer service needs improvement. Many times would just herd everyone around like sheep and never explain what was happening, how long, etc. Planes are little Cesnas, didn't expect that but is ok. It was an experience in itself.
