Tres Pelicanos Dive Center

Great dive shop. Fast boats, and fun, easy-going people. Many of the other divers we met were return guests and the staff remembered them. They don’t make the whole group come up all at once when one person is low on air. I was often that person and I liked that I didn’t have to worry about shortening anyone else’s dives. We will for sure use Tres Pelicanos the next time we are in Cozumel.

I’m not sure how they are rated this high. Equipment was old and had faults, their attention to detail was non-excising, the instructor pays no attention to you on your dive and took us way too far down - also, they didn’t even look at whether we had our PADI certificates. I’m beyond shocked by this place - wouldn’t take the risk with them.

I just did six days of great dives with those guys. The boats are fine, their crew is very attentive and nice, and the dive masters were great. As soon as you start to know your dive buddies you realize most have dived with Tres Pelícanos many times before. Returning customers is always a sign a business is doing its job well keeping everyone happy. I surely intend to come back to Cozumel, and I'll be sure to dive with them when that happens!
