Terrible service To get a Scotia Kids account there were 3 visits and in the last 5 hours, according to the card arrived in 7 days and 15 days have passed and they do not give me reason.

Terrible service, the worst branch, nothing recommended. advisers and manager with bad attitude and response.

NOOO could open an account in 3 days !! And on top of that, they speak badly among themselves, blaming each other, something that is worth me @ $;: ...... PESIMO SERVICE! Change personnel.

It is a good service. As in any banking institution when it is a clarification or a service beyond a payment, deposit or collection will take good time. Its normal. In the case that it is a faster service, they attend you in a neutral way, they are fast and they do their job without getting bumpy or ugly. That if, one must go with adequate time to not take longer than expected, it depends on how many people there are the time you are going to be there.
