Obviamente el gerente tiene su cabeza metido adonde el sol no sale: pessimo la atención a clientes, ademas que no hay nadien quien dar te información a entrar y quitaron las sillas y no hay dónde sentar en las esperas interminables para hablar con un socio. - The worst, most incompetent bank I've ever experienced - clearly management is clueless, poor attitude and mistake riddled service and to top it off some idiot made the decision to remove all seating for the interminable waits to speak to an associate. And wait you must because they also came up with the genius idea to have no one at entry to direct you or provide simple information. Very disrespectful, I will be closing my accountand going to a real bank.

Terrible service, I called before so they could solve a question and no one answered, 3:40 arrived at the branch to open a payroll and they told me that I had to be a side with those who are exclusively in charge of that, they received me but I was attending to another person and when it is finally my turn he informs me that I cannot do my paperwork there other than at the window but it is already closed and they do not give me another solution. I spoke with the security guard and with a person from inside the bank explaining that it was THEIR MISTAKE but they are not interested and they keep saying that they will not assist me. It is the first experience I have had with this bank and I no longer want to know anything about it, train your staff and be more human.

It takes hours to spend with a supposed executive. Once you pass, they start doing other things (like watching your cell phone) instead of attending to you. So ... what's the matter with the son of his respected mother? Better go to another bank. I am from Azteca and there 100% everything.
