I made the purchase of an armchair on October 4, 2020, after spending more than double the time stipulated by the company (60 days) without receiving said furniture, I decided to cancel the purchase on February 12, 2020 (delivering the requested documents) To date, I have not received any response from said company or an email; In "Customer Service" they tell me (by phone) that they will penalize me by reimbursing me. How is it possible that they want to sanction you when they are not complying, and as if that were not enough, they mark me today to make the delivery, when I canceled 8 days ago. DO NOT buy at D'Europe, 0 recommended !!

Very bad I made a purchase of a dining room (Asturias rectangular table $ 4603, Asturias bench $ 2431 and Asturias chairs $ 8580), dacki tv cabinet $ 3233 and Aline chais room $ 21578, total amount $ 46610 on July 24, 2020 at 4:47 pm. Of all the above, they gave me on August 27, 2020 only the 4 chairs, they were giving me pure excuses for my furniture, which they bring from CDMX, that they already had the table but not the bench, after they did not have the table and only banking, etc ... the intention of this publication is to warn people of how badly they treat the client, they do not deliver things and to make the return it takes 2 months and what they partially delivered does not take it to you they leave ... in my case they only left me the chairs .... they are not serious, I bought in the store in Tejeda, extension of the western constituents no. 1090-A, the order folio in branch QT-4984, they protect themselves by putting in their contract a tentative delivery of 20 days, be careful with this they do not give an exact date of delivery ..... DO NOT BUY with them they only abuse the customer confidence. Today, September 7, a lady from the service area contacted me to inform me that they would still give me the rest for a week or a week and a half, but I don't know she promised to give me an exact date ... there they show that the only thing that interests them is that they go and pay and then take long and long in the delivery of what they bought.

Terrible service, delivery times are not what they say and when you report they tell you to call Cleintes Service where they never answer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND OR AGAIN C BUY IN THIS STORE

Terrible customer service, they gave us a response time of 10 days, nobody calls you to tell you what happened, until one calls and they tell you that you must wait 60 days to receive your merchandise, you go to the branch and they tell you no They can help you that everything is with the customer service people who never give a solution and when you want to cancel, they tell you that you must wait 45 more days, it is incredible, do not buy there.
