You neglected my case. He had me in physiotherapy for 4 months. Almost daily therapies for pain in the neck and arm. Despite so many therapies, he never sent me to take an X-ray or study until I wanted to reimburse the therapies with my insurance. He just wanted to continue giving therapy indefinitely which was very advantageous and negligent on his part.
