A review was requested by this company. When we asked the cost at no time was it specified, they mentioned; and I quote verbatim "it depends on what the technician does". When requesting the service, photos of the heater model were sent. The technician arrives and says "it is not sparkling" (which I already knew). "You have to lower it and open it, but it still won't look good because there are no pieces of this type of heater" (which they could tell me when they saw the model). The joke cost me 300 pesos. Just to tell me what I already knew. The heater does not work. I definitely don't recommend the company. I am a Google guide and I try to document my experience with places and services to avoid the bitter drink or recommend the experience to others. Terrible company. Terrible service and very expensive.
